I think motivation should come within you. However your environment and the people around you has a lot to do with it as well. then aside from that, it is not really enough, coz you have to keep yourself motivated…
I feel Motivation comes from our mind. If our mind says we can do the job then you ought to finish that job. We need will power along with motivation to be successful in our life.
