How do you find motivation in sales?

I work in the sales industry and when I have a good day I get great results. But the second my day isn’t looking to good my results end up horrible. I find it hard to keep motivated

    join the online bandwagon, u can make 1000’s of dollars ,so u can cope up with ur horrible results, and these free new dollars will keep u motivated.

    Get your seniors on your side. If you’re making a To Do plan, give them a copy so they know when you’re at your busiest, and can support you if you start to flag!

  3. I am personally involved in Sales.I work in Kotak Bank (retail sales). I get motivation by seeing the motivation videos online.I also get motivation from my achivements i do in a particular day.My boss also motivates me by some prizes and contests.Sales job is very toughest job but with the help of motivation it becomes very easy.You can achieve your target easily if you are motivated.Motivation always come from inner self and if you are motivated from you inner self you will always get motivation from other people.

    Working as sales is full of challenge. You have to make big sales or at least reach your target.
