exercise ideas? motivation tips?

I am trying to implement more exercise into my day, so I can lose some weight. I am 17 years old and i want to lose about 7-10 pounds. what are some ideas that you have?
a few ideas I’ve had are hiking dancing
but that’s all I really have haha
I’m trying to find things that I WANT to do, so that exercise doesn’t seem like a chore to me.
also, how do I get motivated so that I’ll just do it??

your idea of going into excercise to lose weight is right. aside from hiking and dancing, there are plenty of other indoor and outdoor exercises. it’s up to you which part of your body you wish to specifically lose weight. getting the right weight for your age and height will not only give you a fit body, but you will also stay healthy and can prolong the longevity of your life. that’s the most nice effect of it. keep it up!
